Notch celebrated their first annual Polish Festival to RECORD crowds! They featured two special brews, one being Polish Piwo Polish Lager and the other a unique Grodziskie Smoked Wheat that were brewed exclusively for this event. Joining the party with pierogi, kielbasa and sauerkraut Jaju Pierogi was slinging food for hours! Top that all off with the musical stylings of the Polish Pickle Packers Polka Band (8 piece band!) and this was DEFINITELY the beginning of a new Salem tradition. Learn more about Notch here.
Salem has a long history of Polish immigration (including brewer/founder Chris’ great grandfather & grandmother) that permeated all aspects of Notch’s neighborhood. What a wonderful celebration of locally made beer and local roots! See the full set here
