Once upon a time there was a passionate new mother who was determined to create whimsical sweets for her daughter, who needed special care in the way she ate. The essence of pure pastry was born from that desire to bake a chocolate chip cookie and embrace it for its simplicity. There is power in the pure, natural, and honest.
Our company speaks for itself – pure pastry is pure love.
We infuse only the purest, most organic ingredients into our pastries including home grown herbs, fruits & veggies from our garden, locally sourced butter & eggs, and fair trade extracts, flours, & chocolates. All of our pastry is baked in small batches, freshly made-to-order just for you – from farm to oven.

I am a chef and pastry chef with a lifetime of experience! Pure Pastry is my heart and soul – a business that is mindful about the ingredients we use and grow ourselves, and the footprint we leave on this earth.
What role do you think your business plays in supporting a more creative community? OR your community in general. (Bonus! Why do you think a more creative community is important?)
Pure Pastry is innovative and collaborative. We’re not only on top of with trends in baking, but with the environment around us. We’re all about infusing seasonal fruits, vegetables, and herbs into our pastry. We listen to our customers closely to see what we can do to satisfy them, and how we can improve week after week.
Also, we partner with like-minded farms and businesses to provide our pastry, and collaborate on special events. We know the deep importance of supporting local, small but mighty businesses like ourselves!

What’s the one thing people would be surprised to learn about you our your business?
Kim Gregory’s daughter was born with several food allergies, so ever since then, Kim has experimented with all sorts of substitutions and special recipes. Because of this, she is truly an expert at custom orders to satisfy all types of allergies.
