The Procopio Companies exist to develop extraordinary places to live that are equally
valuable to our investors, our residents and the communities in which we build.
Our development process is rooted by three generations of experience in general
contracting, site work and project management, and our unique perspective is fueled
by the idea that even after 70 years, we can still find new and better ways to deliver
the best homes for our customers and the best returns for our investors.
What role do you think your business plays in supporting a more creative community? OR your community in general. (Bonus! Why do you think a more creative community is important?)
Creating a Mosaic means bringing multiple small pieces of something together in order to create a work of art. Lynn is the embodiment of such art and Mosaic is an extension of that. We hope to continue to build and strengthen relationships with our residents as well as the community of Lynn by supporting local business and organizations, and building powerful, memorable and fulfilling places to live for our residents.
What’s the one thing people would be surprised to learn about you our your business?
