Tayla & Bianca: SoulSparks Haven
In your words… Tell us about your organization, business, initiative.
Tayla & Bianca met in yoga teacher training. Sharing a common thread of desire to create a safe, empowering space for individuals to explore their utmost potential, they came together to create SoulSparks Haven! As two practitioners north of Boston, we each offer our own unique spin, while coming together in the heart of yoga. Bianca delights in the integration of mindfulness & expressive arts, while Tayla brings forth her passion for herbalism. Together, our love for meditation, nature & spirituality combines to offer practices to light your inner soul sparks.
Tell us a bit about you and why you do what you do? Share your passions for your business, initiative, organization.
Our mission is to ignite the soul sparks within so we may allow our authenticity to shine, individually and in community. Join us for classes, events, retreats, herbalism and expressive arts north of Boston, and beyond!
What role do you think your business plays in supporting a more creative community?
Creativity begins with allowing your inner muse to spark inspiration along the path – and then following it. We seek to provide wellness opportunities for participants to find that essential nature within – and then, express it! Through handcrafted herbal teas by Tayla and expressive arts facilitation with Bianca, creation is an integral component of what we at SoulSparks do. We want to encourage our community to find and follow that wise expressive being within.
What was the last book you read that made an impact on you?
Bianca: Wisdom Rising by Lama Tsultrim Allione. Lama Tsultrim Allione is a powerhouse in bringing a feminine perspective to Buddhism and spiritual teachings; always rocks my core from the inside out with fire and excitement, and I am jumping out of my seat to share some of this experience at our first Spark Retreat in November!
Tayla: Becoming Supernatural by Dr. Joe Dispenza is the last book I listened to on Audible. This book is so profound and for anyone interested in the outstanding research behind the power of meditation and how it can transform lives. I recently just started Love and Let go by Rachel Brathen on Audible and the hard copy, You are a Badass by Jen Sincero, which have already turned out to be fantastic reads.
What’s the one thing people would be surprised to learn about you our your business?
We like to have business meetings in coffee shops surrounded by crystals 🙂
