After difficult deliberation, North Shore Pride’s Board of Directors has decided to cancel the in-person 2020 North Shore Pride Parade & Festival events (originally scheduled for June 25th-28th) due to public safety concerns around COVID-19. In the days following the cancellation, North Shore Pride also announced a new Virtual Pride Parade and Festival to occur in its place.
“While we had hoped to be able to celebrate this year’s North Shore Pride 2020 theme of ‘Uniting Community’ in person, the Board members of North Shore Pride are very excited to present to our community North Shore Pride’s 2020 Virtual Networking Events, Drag Shows, InterFaith Service, Vendor Fair and Parade in May and June. So please join us and help us make this our new version of Pride via North Shore Pride at Home for 2020!”Hope Watt-Bucci, President of North Shore Pride
