Stuck inside with little to do but work remotely, binge Netflix, and hang out with your furry co-workers? Staying active is one of the hardest parts of this quarantine, but maybe one of the most essential.
Fortunately, yoga, dance, and fitness studios are creating virtual spaces for you to do just that. You can now take online classes that will help you stay active and follow social distancing guidelines.
So open the curtains, take a walk, or pick out one of these great classes to try this week.

Rebel Yell Yoga is offering Lunar Flow on Thursdays at the Moon + the Mat Facebook Live Feed. A lunar flow is a calming and mindful moving meditation that compliments a more rigorous sun salutation practice. Class is free but donations gratefully accepted on Venmo at ChrissyVaccaro13.
MAGMA is a center for movement practices where people of all ages can discover, develop, and create in a broad curriculum of movement styles. We offer dance technique, improvisation-based classes, martial arts, fitness, movement for special populations, and somatics workshops. MAGMA is an inclusive, non-discriminatory place to move, regardless of dance experience, age, body type, race, sexual orientation, or disability.

SoulSparks Haven will be offering classes via Instagram Live, and class recordings will be available on their Facebook page. For each class, they recommend having a yoga mat, water, straps, and blocks (if you have them but are not necessary).
This is a free offering, but donations are being accepted via Venmo @Bianca-Staudt or @tdavo11 based on whose class you will be attending.
Medium Jamie Day works with �Spirit� to provide messages of love and healing along the path to your best life! She’s offering biweekly morning meditations on Creative North Shore in addition to her virtual readings and courses.
Based in Salem, this multi-levels gym host classes and events meant to get you in shape! Since closing the gym for quarantine purposes, they’ve started creating online classes daily at noon which are accessible to members only as a Facebook group!
